Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc. believes that "Construction Comes First."  Our technical staff of Professional Engineers and certified Engineering Technicians have the goal in mind to assure quality on construction projects and that projects are able to move forward to completion.  Our policy is to report failures on the jobsite, and to provide recommendations to solve the problem at-hand.

Our technical staff includes Professional Engineers and Engineering Technicians with training, experience, and certifications to assure quality service.  Certifications include NICET, ACI, and Hot Mix Asphaltic Design and Quality Control and Assurance.
